No photos. Stayed 29NOV2021 and again 03DEC2021.
I found that Hammond, LA has a lot of RV resources, so I spent a bit of time there getting things done (shopping, oil change, motorhome repairs, et cetera.) The employees at this Walmart were very helpful, and I was able to get some things that I couldn't find at other Walmarts.
Typical Walmart parking lot; park on the outskirts. I felt safe. For a Walmart parking lot, it was pretty quiet. This Walmart is off I-55, not I-12. Going from I-12 to I-55 and back is tricky. There is an exit that has another immediate exit, which is also someone else's on ramp, just like the jump rope game; take it slow.
Other helpful businesses on this trip: Camping World of Hammond (and handicap friendly,) Pilot, S & H Auto Truck P.C. (awesome!!!!), Berryland Campers (also very awesome and the place to go for propane!), and Ross Downing Chevrolet (will work on many motorhomes.)
