I believe all of the spots except the loop for tents is full hook up. A loop and B loop all have good views. You will be at least a mile from the water now, so no lakefront sites. In D loop the sites are super close together and you will want to avoid those. I don't think you can request a site, you have to take what they give you when you get there.

No idea, sorry. I was not in a full hookup spot and some areas were completely closed as it was off season. I'd suggest looking at campground at their website and Google maps satellite view to get a sense if the layout. It is not flat, several levels of parking.

They will not let you pick your site, everything is assigned to you.
