“Free and great views”
Reviewed Apr 07, 2018
We drive a 33ft class A and tow a Nissan Versa. That being said, I was concerned about the condition of the road getting here. We unhitched our Nissan and explored first. We were able to grab a wide open pull through spot right off the paved road. Someone had built a great fire pit. No problem getting the rig here. 25 min to Zion.... more

“Breathtaking View, Rough-ish Roads”
Reviewed Apr 02, 2018
There is a lot of room, I can't imagine showing up and not being able to find a place to park. Though, anything is possible in the summer I suppose. The roads that lead back to the edge of the cliff that overlooks the dam are fairly rough. 4-Wheel drive recommended. We towed our 30ft pull-behind down here no problem, but it was a li... more

“Great spot for boon docking”
Reviewed Mar 30, 2018
We found a nice spot not far off the road big enough for my 30' 5th wheel and a 22' Airstream. The road in is good and there are at least 4 spots close to the highway. There are more sites but some of those trails are rough (but I've hauled the 5th up worse!). We chose a site on the right as you go in that has a big cement "pad" sort o... more

We had a great time. The location we arrived at was just shy of the bluff location another couple posted about here on the review section. We have a 37” diesel pusher and based on her limitations chose the location notated in the Lot box. We walked the whole area and there are awesome bluff campsite locations looking over the river i... more

This place was perfect! Tons of open space with beautiful views of the canyons out every window of our airstream! Completely peaceful and quiet. It took about 35-40 mins into Zion NP. “Full sun in winter months, open desert with beautiful cliffs in the background”
Reviewed Dec 14, 2017
We moved here from North Creek, not for better scenery, but for a little more warmth. North Creek is prettier, and would be better in the summer months, but in December we are trying to not freeze our "pipes." Plus here we get sunrise to sunset sun. It is still a beautiful area. Campsites greatness depends on your rigs abilities. Fo... more

Reviewed Dec 14, 2017
My wife and I arrived on a Tuesday morning in early December. The weather has been abnormally dry and warm for this time of year, so we weren't surprised to see a few other camps but overall it was quiet (I imagine it gets very crowded here). There are a few dirt roads and many campsites but few that are great for our train. Rough road... more

Close to the road, then noisy place. Access is difficult with a compact car, drive slowly. Very beautiful landscape over the canyon. There s no water, no restrooms, only wilderness.
