Stayed for 3 nights. Was disappointed in status of the campground as it is a bit rundown. Great location to visit area attractions. Pool and bath house were closed.

Well located in Shelburne, close to Shelburne Farm trails. 20amp electricity service only so don't run the coffee maker and the space heater together. Sites would be nice if having gravel, it can be very muddy when it rains

"Wonderful!"

The campground and facilities were clean and well-maintained. Cute ponds, beautiful area, indoor toilets and hot showers. The caretaker/owner family was adorable. The campground office is poorly marked, it’s the Vermont Liquor Store right off highway. The campground is mostly long term campers with lots of campsite decorative crap and most of the trailer could use a washing. We stayed at Kampfires Campground in late September, so it was a little early for the leaves. We were in the upper area which was all full hookup back-in sites. The sites were well spaced.
