We have 27 ft trailer - had space at end of row right across from laundry. Cabins directly across were not occupied so felt had a lot of room. Every quiet. Well cared for park Great internet. Only 20-30 min from great hikes in Oak Creek and Sedona close to town for groceries and supplies.

The Laundry is Modern with plenty of Washers and Dryers that are new and you can operate off an App on your phone. Three or Four Food Trucks come in each week, and plenty of Activities such as 8 Ball Pool Tournaments, Karaoke, Pot Lucks, Pickle Ball, Horseshoes, Hay Rack Rides etc. with a Spacious Club House with a Game Room, and Pool Table, Business Room and Library, Beautiful Heated Large Swimming Pool with Two Large Hot Tubs. Two Large Dog Parks and Great Fitness Center. Just a few miles away in Camp Verde, Bashas Grocery Store, CVS and Walgreens, Post Office, Tractor Supply, fast Food Restaurants, $23 to fill up a 30 lb Propane Tank at Ace Hardware, and $3.29 gas at Circle K or Mavericks. I had a small water leak in our Airstream, they had a Professional RV Technician staying in the Park and John did a great job at fixing the leak, his number is 470-642-6151, I recommend him. Stayed the whole Month of November, Wife and I Loved it here !

We absolutely loved our stay at Verde Ranch RV Resort. The resort is very new, clean, and well laid out. All of the RV sites and the streets are very large and easy to pull into. This resort has a great clubhouse, a pool with two hot tubs, laundry facilities, bath houses, a dog park and several places for your pet to go potty all throughout the resort. We love that the resort is so dog friendly.
We were there over a weekend that the resort was celebrating Halloween, and we loved the amount of activities they planned for the kids. The staff put a ton of effort into the haunted river trail which our kids loved! They also did a hayrack ride, a glow party, marshmallow roasting, tie dye t-shirts and trick or treating. This resort is in a good location for visiting Cottonwood, Prescott, and Sedona. It's also only 10 minutes to Montezuma Castle National Monument which was an amazing sight to see. We loved our stay so much and we cannot wait to come back to Verde Ranch RV Resort!

I’m so glad that I found this park. I bought my 25’ RV 2 days ago and this was my first time in a park. I arrived after hours in the dark. It was an easy back in and hook up was easy and convenient. I can’t say enough. I will be back for sure.

Clean, shaded and very well maintained. Sites are leveled and close enough to town, we were in site 51 and highway noise did not really bother. Very nice clean showers, 5 stars from us!

Sites are rock. Although we were able to level without difficulty the sites are not level. Space between sites was normal for a large park. Utilities were appropriately located.
Usual amenities are available & there are a number of activities that take place. Communication is provided by email or an app. Mail & packages may be sent here but the organization in the “mail room” (a shed) needs improvement.
The parks biggest detriment is its location to Interstate 17. Sites on the lower loop, which is on the east side of the park, sit right next to the highway. So close that you can see the occupants of the vehicles. The further west you can go in the park the lower the noise level will be.

Professionally run, with very easy check in, accommodating any size of rig. The staff were all friendly, courteous and genuinely interested in our needs. The app that they have was easy to navigate and useful.
The recreation area was top notch! Three pickleball courts, a gym, a fantastic pool and two hot tubs. There were other activities and services such as laundry, but we didn't use them.
The sites were generously sized and all hook ups worked as expected. Maintenance people were constantly visible and working on park upkeep.
Wifi was excellent for streaming, which surprised up to the upside! The cable available at the sites was terrific as it enabled me to catch both F1 races that I was here for! I'm RV'ing, but I need my F1 fix!
Our Canadian Rogers cell phones worked flawlessly with their AT&T reciprocity agreement.
There really is only one negative. There is ZERO recycling done at this resort. Not cans, glass, plastic or cardboard. Most resorts and campgrounds in the USA that we have had the privilege of staying at had at least some recycling available. This is the only reason they get four stars instead of five.
Would I stay here again? Absolutely!
