Overall Rating
Called in a couple of hours ahead after referred from El Rancho, which was full. Met Rubin (very friendly) at his business location and he escorted us to the site a few minutes away. Basic facility, 30/50 amp, well lit with a nice park. Pet friendly. Frequent trains but not a big deal for us. Biggest issue was an uneven lot and sewer hookup was uphill.

Overall Rating
This is a grassy, unkempt yard. The water and sewer pipes are together in a pipe in the ground! The only bathroom was across the street in the park - a porta-potty. There were two long-terms there. Thank goodness it was only for a night. The poor town of Vaughn is almost gone. This is NOT an RV park!
