Overview of Valley Sanitary District
The Valley Sanitary District has a Free Dump Station that is open Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm. Valley Sanitary District is closed weekends and holidays. The RV Dump Station will remain a free service to anyone who lives within the Valley Sanitary District service area. There $10 fee for those who live outside the service area.

Process: Go to Gate 3; Call (760) 238-5400 during business hours only (M-F until 4:30pm) to have gate opened, go to Admin building to pay $10 (no RV parking), drive toward exit Gate 3, dump those tanks. The exit gate is automatic, but there isn’t a lot of room for a big rig (about 35’ dump to gate). There is rinse water with a hose, bu... more
Process: Go to Gate 3; Call (760) 238-5400 during business hours only (M-F until 4:30pm) to have gate opened, go to Admin building to pay $10 (no RV parking), drive toward exit Gate 3, dump those tanks. The exit gate is automatic, but there isn’t a lot of room for a big rig (about 35’ dump to gate). There is rinse water with a hose, but no potable water and no trash can. Overall I would come here again because it is more peaceful than the other dumps in the area. It was clean and worth the access hassle in my opinion.

Yes, they have hours of operation, but that didn’t hinder our plans in any way. It is clean, Close to the 10 and convenient. I will pass this location on to others.

Easy access, good signage, and the dump is low in the ground making for good tank drainage. No potable Water, but there is a rinse hose. Sign said Mon-Fri 8a-5p.

This free dump site what just what I needed. It was clean and I really like how deep the sewer hole is - my tank dumps so much faster when the hose goes down!
There is no drinking water for filling the tank but there is reclaimed water to rinse your hose.
