Mixed community of permanent mobile homes, long-term RVs and a few short term spots for one-nighters like us. Grounds were well maintained. Friendly guests. Shower and laureate clean and maintained.

This is a great little park located near I-10, but just far enough that traffic noise is minimal. Nice, clean and quiet park with friendly and helpful management. Sites are located at the back of the mobile home park and are a little tight but can accommodate any size rig. Our pull through was plenty long for our 40’ fiver with room to... more

Valley of the Sun RV is a pretty much what you would expect of a larger RV park ... permanent park model homes and RVs. Within the RV's, there is a mix of long-term residents (large Class-A and 5th wheels), and nightly guests.
