It absolutely is! We boondock nearly exclusively and we feel more safe out in the middle of nowhere vs an RV park or campground. And this place in particular didn't give us any kind of bad vibes. Enjoy your trip!

We have been doing that for years. No guarantees, of course but almost everyone out there is doing the same.

Cindy, we have left our rig parked numerous days for hours at a time to go on day trips and never had a problem. We do of course lock up the generator and bikes when gone and never had a problem while out boondocking. The only time we have had anything stolen or tampered wit was at a state park or private pay campground. The bad guys aren't usually out in the sticks looking to steal your stuff, there to busy driving around in town looking for the easy mark.
