Recreation.gov does not list this campground. The BLM website for Valley of Fires does not mention anything about reservations.

I don't recall if you can make a reservation. Since it is a BLM campground, I would doubt it. I know we didn't have one when we were there. There is a phone number listed here, I would call and ask.
