Access to the site is fine, but tight for larger rigs. Depending on how you come in, you’re looking at 5-10 miles of windy, narrow, roads through the trees. You’ll likely move a bit slowly to avoid trees and such, but we are in a 40’ diesel pusher...

We enjoyed our stay here in our 40’ motorhome. We were in RV site #2 eith electric only hookup. Small campground with only 10 RV sites and 15 tent sites. No dump station or water connections here, though...nearest one is 20 minutes away.
The people here are friendly, which is a plus.
It seems there are a lot of full time residents here. Feels more like a mobile home park than anything else.

This campground is a our 2 miles on a side road (paved) outside of Medora. There is no walking access to.....anything!
