Looks like county parks has two areas on grassy open areas with electric post and water for $25, water only for $20 and tenting for $18. Lots of room. Good cell service.
Checked out spot listed while passing through area. Sites located on grass next to one another. Didn’t see other facilities in city location but maybe. I would use for overnight site.
I was just passing through but was impressed with beautiful park. It had playground for kids and bike/walking paths surrounded by fields of groomed grass. The cost is $25 full hookups, $20 for electric/water and $15 to park with no hookups.
Well maintained park with hookups, water available and although not sure there looked to be dump site. There was a roped off portion of lake for swimming and definitely good for kayaking. The only drawback was parking was parallel to road with...
Was hoping to hookup to electric during cloudy day but cost not worth it is on a lawn parked side by side other RVs and arranged so doors open either to neighbor or backward from electrical post. No tables or fire pits but did have bathroom. $20...
It is more like a big dirt culdesac on a small pond feed by a creek. There is a picnic shelter but no Hookups or facilities so need to be self-contained. I was the only one camping during midweek stay. Several local fishermen and hikers with a...
Veterans park is in a very quaint, quiet town among trees and on a cement slab with picnic tables and fire pits. It has free electric hookups for all sizes of RVs with water hookups in most spots and dump site. Main center of town is only a block...
Was stopped in traffic backup going into Huntsville so looked up sites in area. Acting host was very nice but this campground is more a permanent resident looking place. The electricity, water and sewer all worked and it was said they were getting...

There is a free three-day limit as it is a wildlife national refuge area. One site is under the trees but the rest of the sites are out in the open on a beautiful mowed grass plain. There were only a few picnic tables but I’m sure the area could...
My granddaughter and I agreed to stay 3 more days as it was so wonderful. The host was extremely nice and helpful; the park is groomed like a private home; and the lake was so much fun even had canoe, kayaks and paddle boards to rent at very...
