Casper RV park has free WiFi, otherwise I don’t think there is anywhere else close to camp at with cell service. This campground was full so we didn’t stay.

"Walk to Stout, great cell, gorgeous!"

We walked in on a Sunday evening and they found us a open spot for the night. We are able to walk over the river, on a foot bridge, to Stout Grove. Camping in/with the redwoods is the best!

"All night train, bums, and only allows RV’s "

Positives: free (no catch), on the river, no reservation needed, in town Negatives: a train comes every 15 min all night. You can hear security asking people to leave in the middle of the night (They require a self contained bathroom)
