I was passing by heading east on 70 and just wanting to see what the situation was here. I’ve stayed in the past and it’s a nice spot with bugs being the primary drawback.

I stayed here one night as a car camper. The campground loops up and down a fairly steep hill. The sites are level enough but are probably only big enough for small to medium sized rigs and trailers. The turns around the camp sites can be tight....

Dispersed camping along Merrill creek. Ok for Boondocking or tent camping. I like to sleep in a hammock and not many spots good for it.
Not for larger campers or RV’s unless backed in a side road or pull off. Do scout roads first if you have...

The park is open but no vehicles can enter campsites. I stopped and used the power outlets to recharge and the WiFi works and downloads 10+ mbps. Shame because this would be a great place to camp.

About 6 sites each with stone ring. A single vault toilet, but very clean. Also portable water spout that looks like it was recently installed. Verizon 4G phased between one bar and none.
