This was a great place to stay when other campground were already booked as Cove Mountain was in pre-launch and had spaces. The location is good, a short drive to Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountain hikes.
Roads and sites are gravel. 50A FHU. ...
We booked fairly last minute and stayed 2-days in one spot and 3-days in another. They were both good sites that leveled easily. Both FHU 50A. The sites are hardtop.
In many campgrounds, the actual destination is a city or a monument or a walk,...
We were here during the covid-19 lockdown so we were able to stay for 41 days until they were full! We totally lucked out, because if there's one place to have to stay for longer than normal this is absolutely it!
The view is spectacular and...
This is our kind of campsite:
- In the woods
- Easy in and out
- On a lake
- It's not an RV farm with perfect equally spaced rows in a field!
- Small dog park and a nice short walk on the edge of the lake, some sites are on the lake.
It's 6 miles from Disney.
It is clean.
There are places for walking the dogs and there is a dog park.
People are all nice, although there isn't much community around RV's so not many people outside.
Efficient and easy to get into,...

We felt welcome and safe here. It is a very well maintained facility with pretty plants and hedges, and a beautiful building. The parking lot slopes towards the casino for drainage, but we have air leveling so not a problem for us; we saw quite a...
This is a rest stop off the I-10 just west of Las Cruces. It’s far enough off the freeway that it’s not too noisy. It has marked RV spots and a 24 hr max stay policy. There are bathrooms. It has a nice overlook of the city. It’s a circle, so not...
We stayed here for a month in December 2018 and 2 months in November/December 2019. Yes, it's a parking lot! But is a good place for us to spend our month+ home town visit to San Diego.
1. It's very convenient for my wife's office so it...
