We stayed here to be close to Mammoth Cave...and it definitely fits that bill and is only a few miles away. I booked this RV Park because of campendium reviews. Honestly there is no way this is a 5 star spot. It’s average at best.
Small and new RV park. There’s not much too it. Pretty no frills but well maintained.
The pros are:
The sites are huge! You could easily fit the biggest rig ever and still have room to park additional cars.
As mentioned by others the baths...
First let me start by saying I love Pagosa Springs! One of my fav little towns we have travelled to during RVLife.
This is a rustic RV park. Which is nice you feel like you are camping vs just a paved RV lot.
We had a great site right on the...

We stayed here during what felt like peak tourist time. This KOA , every RV park, the hotels and everywhere around town was very busy.
Your staying in the desert so the sites are gravel and sand. It’s pretty dusty but to be expected. Very...
Clean. Big RV Spots and good WiFi are the highlights. No frills but decent.
I think there are a couple better options in town.
We loved Kanab!
So visit and if this is the only place open it’s ok. You’ll still have a great time

If there were half stars I would rate this a 3 1/2. This KOA is ok. Nothing outstanding. And there are some areas that are in need of some TLC and repairs.
To me the highlights are great trees, sunny skies with warm daytime temps and cool...
It’s all about the location! Having Lake Watson in your back yard and rocks to climb all around you is what makes this campground.
Also just a few miles from the cute little town of Prescott.
The campground itself is very very dusty and all...
This is a nice little private RV park. Very new and well thought out. We booked a pull thru but if your rig can fit, I’d book a back in on the back row so you can have a view.
We were here during COVID and the staff was very nice the only thing...
The only reason to stay here is to sit and soak all day all night while there. The RV Park is a lot with hook ups across the street. There are a handful of spots little privacy but it’s all about waking across the street and be at the springs. The...
Initially we only planned to stay for a week and then we kept extending and extending due to Covod19 shut down. It felt safe. The staff was beyond wonderful with dealing with the uncertainty and CDC recommendations.
There are lots of different...
