"Great Forest close to Flagstaff"

We were pleased to find this spot within the Forest with T-Mobile service! Close to the city. You are high in elevation, so it can be cold at night. It was below freezing Mid-April. You go on the road and pass a large area with possibly a lot... Read more

"FREE Convenient spot to visit Grand Canyon NP"

When you turn on the Coconino road, you can't camp right there, you must continue past a cattle guard when it becomes the National Forest, about 1 mile from the main road. You can clearly see there's a few spots to camp. The road can be rough,... Read more

"Very welcoming camp host in a Ponderosa Pine forest"

This to me is a real camping, with a lot of trees, no hookup, not too close to the neighbours. Actually, we came in at a time that we were ALONE in the Main campground, so maybe it affects my opinion. (weekdays in mid-April) T-Mobile was... Read more

"Safe and convenient in the Colorado Springs area"

We stayed for 10 days in total in 2 different spots. You need to check in at the Visitor Center in the off season and at the Camper Services after that. There's only full hookups available for RVs. T-Mobile worked well, we were able to work and... Read more

"Free dump station with potable water!"

This is very appreciated. Free dump stations and potable water (I've confirmed with the staff). The staff was very nice also! Worth it to fill up on gas to give them our appreciation. As mentioned by others, the dump is located by the car wash.

"Location! Location! Location!"

The location is the main positive point. You are surrounded by the amazing mountains, cactuses, hiking and biking trails. You can road bike easily (we did the Rancho Vistoso drive loop). We camped in a 19ft Motorhome RV in the Ringtail... Read more

"This is a must to visit Chiricahua more than 1 day!"

The camping was very well maintained and has a lot of trees for privacy. The host was very friendly. We have a small 19ft motorhome so we did not have difficulties to park, but I can imagine some would have. There were no hookups, but water... Read more

"Nice convenient spot within the National park"

We were happy to camp here since there was cellular service and the possibility of having non-electrical (20$) and electrical (30$) campsites. It is a the very end of the park road. We chose the non-electrical since we do not absolutely need... Read more
