Was traveling and camping on way to Charleston SC from ILL and this is about 2 1/2 hrs from my destination. Half the sites of the 17 total are reservable on Rev.gov. The price is great, sites are large and spaced. 5 mi off exit 60 on I26.

Beautiful views on the old Lowry AFB. Vault toilets, electric and fire rims. Potable water scattered around the campground but no showers. In Dillon close to Breckinridge and Frisco.

"Hard to top GGCSP!!"

Gorgeous area. Beautiful clean campground and facilities. Tons of trails. Very remote location. Actually stayed in 46, 56, and then 51. Great CG host Merle.
