Campground is 2.75 miles from SR-185 on a winding hilly road. Two spots on this road are marked not passable if flooded.
After November 1st pick up water at dump station about .25 mile before check in station. Self check in.
Lots of activities for children plus canoe, kayak, and tube rental on the river.
Otherwise very noisy. US-63 passes behind and above sites 27, 28, and 29.
The owners are friendly and contentious.

We stayed in the newest section. In 10 years this section will have partial shade similar to the section near the pond. Sections atop the hill are fully shaded.
