A wonderful spot.. luckily we came in from the west from yuma.. the road south has about 6-7 low hanging trees we pushed through without damage but not recommended.
The road from the west is rough.. had to drive 15mph for 4 miles in.
Got here after dark.. not busy. One other camper. - - Multiple spots
- fine road for our 27 footer
- cell reception
Beautiful scenery, drove a bit further down the road to have our own private spot
We drove here because Bryce Canyon was too cold and no campgrounds had water hookups.
The host was very friendly.
Great trail to see the petrified wood.
It's got it all:
-peace and quiet
- close proximity to necessities
- good cell phone coverage
Got our 27 for Winnebago in, no problem.
Stick to the earlier sites.. some of the other off shoot roads have deep dips in them.
