"Older, But Nice Park"

An older park showing some signs of wear, but has some definite advantages over the more modern RV resorts in Yuma. Location outside of the metro area ( 10 miles west of the main shopping in Yuma) affords a much quieter experience. Being a older... Read more

"Beautiful, Wooded, Great Location"

Large park situated adjacent to the magnificent Watkins Glen Gorge – the highlight of the camping experience at this park. Stayed in the electric only, reversible Mohawk Loop. Other loops afford more primitive sites. Some Mohawk Loop sites may... Read more

"Wonderful AZ State Park"

Nested at the base of a magnificent peak and within a nice huge saguaro cactus “forest”. Pricey for electric only, but the park is immaculate, with paved roads and large paved sites that offer space for both a trailer and car side by side or in... Read more

"Fantastic State Park"

This has to be one of our favorites. Nestled along the Verde River and only a stone’s throw to old town Cottonwood gives a quiet and remote feel while still being close to town amenities. The park is immaculate. We stayed in Quail Loop closer to... Read more

Fairly nice RV park with easy access on and off I-40. Obviously, this place serves as an overnight stop for east/west interstate travelers as most arrived in the afternoon and were packing to leave at first light. Smooth and fast check-in. Park is... Read more
