Full hookups, friendly owner, right off I-40, and the price was right. Great place to layover for 1-2 night stay. Great views, spacious, and plenty of room to walk pets. Good cell connection, very good Starlink speeds and sky view.

Very quiet area. Close to water with plenty of trails. Very good cell phone and tv (air) connectivity.
