Have camped here before on weekends -- quiet and serene. Weekdays may be different! The machinery working the nearby cinder cone woke me at 6am. The dry lake bed just down the road may be better.

Sites have not been cleaned, raked or cared for since last season. Lots of 'camper stuff' on the ground - bottle caps, candy wrapper pieces, etc. Picnic table was sticky and dirty. Needs to be power washed. Grass was knee high.

Friday night was out of control! Large party, loud people, amplified music until at least 2am. Screaming kid at next door site long after 'quiet hours'. Parents didn't give a rip. Generator noise all night long. Campground host was three sites... Read more
