Called at the last minute on Labor Day weekend and they got us a spot. All spots have water and power and a central dump station. It has a fire pit and a picnic table. We just stayed one night.

Great place just couple miles off route 40. Very accommodating for our short notice for a request to stay. Owner is a great family man and extremely helpful with everything! Electric , water, sewer
