Price includes taxes. The free breakfast is over at 930 and one has to go to the sales / service area restaurant. Park is neat and clean, spacing/ privacy OK. From May thru Oct. cost is half. No weekly rate, but cable and full hook up included.... Read more

A bit pricey, but a nice location and friendly people. We were in a newer site, full hookups plus cable in a long pull thru. Gravel pad, with picnic table also on gravel along with neighbors utilities. Some creekside sites. Nice store.
