"Roadside"
Not bad for a night. That’s all we stayed but it was clean and tidy outside. The sites are dirt, to be expected. I was surprised at how many people showed up after us. It was quiet and peaceful. Would stay again on our way through.

Easy check in, nice people. Great views of the Mississippi. You can sit and watch the barges. They have benches along the River, nice area to just relax or go on a walk. There are some homes that looked like tree houses? Not sure but very neat....

Overall an nice park, clean, the views in the evening are beautiful. Walking distance to parks and riverwalk. Close drive to downtown. Pretty quiet for location. Would stay again.

"NOT WORTH IT"
Water was out for 2 days. Then told not to use water at all for anything. The electricity went out for a long day. Have to go to town every day to get jabba wifi working again, there is no signal at all for tmobile or verizon in the entire park....
