Great place to empty your tanks and rinse however there's no separate fresh water fill. I'm sure the rinse is potable but I don't like filling with RV rinses so we'll search for fresh water elsewhere.
The dump station has been closed for a couple years, however they do have a potable water fill that you can pull your rig up to.
