Spent 3 days boondocking here with no issues. It is a plain parking lot but spacious enough for plenty of rvs. We felt safe during the day and night. Did not get any cell signal but had starlink which worked great. Would definitely stay here again.

Great dump station but it seems both spigots on pump lanes #38 & #22 are no longer active.

Great camping area with well maintained road for the first few miles. Big enough for big rigs and camper vans. 30 min between both town (Cortez & Durango) and close to Mesa Verde NP.
