As of today 9/29/2021 they no longer allow overnight camping. I just wish they had told us that when we arrived and they checked us in. Not at 630 at night when it was getting dark.

Nice little park that connects to a bunch of trails in the park. View of Lake Superior. Shower house was undergoing an addition. Great to see the sunset from your site over the bay. Our site had a decent drop off at the back

Nice state park, they say you can ride a utv right from this park (we did not). The sites were massive, we picked one with a lake view not realizing that put us right up next to the highway. There is a considerable amount of noise as a result but... Read more
