What a beautiful area! Lots of the sites are on the water. Some short hikes. We were lucky to get a site without a reservation during the week in July.

Simple NF campground but this one has cell service! Pit toilets, two trails leave from the campground. Some of the sites are very close to the road and are noisy. Try to get a site further in.

Large, clean sites. Sites further back are quieter. Plenty of empty sites to choose from. Can access the Swift River. 7 min shower for $2.50

The campground was clean, lots of sites to choose from, no hiking trails leaving from the campground. Across the road from the campground is a picnic area bordering a stream.

There are several sites along FR 71 and 2 sites on FR 86. We stayed at the end of FR 86- was able to get the van level. Buggy. Short trail

If traveling with a dog be prepared to show rabies certificate. Nice campsites, good showers, great dog park. The hiking trails were Rooty and/or wet so didn't enjoy the hiking too much.
