Site was a mess! Cigarette butts everywhere. Had to be at least 3 chain smokers stayed in this site. The butts we’re old and probably had been there for a couple weeks. Old dried up dog poop everywhere. But the views were great.

Fun and safe place to stop and enjoy the quite nights. Lots of trees and the humming birds would come right up to you looking for sugar water. Nice paved parking lot with lots of scenery. Nice and quite except for the occasional cars stopping... Read more

"Very nice campground but 15 min. from the water and tow."

All paved roads and super nice pads, Sturdy picnic table and shelter at each site, We counted 51 sites and had lots of space between sites. Excellent restrooms and showers.

"Good spot to spend the night, Friendly staff."

Crowed with mostly long term people that mostly work early shifts made lots of noise leaving for work. But was nice enough to stay again.

"Very nice place, we were lucky that they put us in one of the more shady spots"

The couple that run it were exceptionally helpful and super nice. The park itself sits in the trees but about half the sites are in full sun. Great view and can see the wild horses and some deer. Easy to get to from Ruidoso NM. Lot's of... Read more
