We really enjoyed our one night stay here. Not a lot of shade but the site was raked (gravel) prior to arrival and things were clean as a whistle. Lots of privacy with nice amenities.

Amazing beach front sites if you stay on the water. The tap water here has a lot of sand in it (it’s brown). Fill your water at home.

At $44 a night it’s not much. But it’s Delaware and there are full hookups. Any other state I’d give it 3 stars. It’s basically a big field with sites on the perimeter with trees/shade. MTB trails and a pond are among the amenities.
