When I stayed there was only two other campsites being used. This is a little off the beaten path but well worth it. Clean campsites and great trails. Extremely buggy.

On a calm day, the wind is not very strong at all. I was in a tent and had no issues. The views are incredible and many of the sites have a nice table at the least. Alibates Quarry is a worthwhile drive through.
