The park is still being built-out, but is already the nicest in the area. Great hosts with large level sites and great location. Highly recommended!

Campground is on valley floor, so no major trees, but open skies and views of Wheeler Peak are fantastic. Newer section of park is more spacious but less grass. Great experience all around. Some road noise from highway, but quiet at night.

Just stayed one night on the way from Southeastern NM to Moab. Was very convenient to checkin with great camp hosts and quiet neighbors. Pull-thru sites allowed us to keep dinghy attached to Class C.

Would highly recommend this location. Beautiful views in all directions with easy access to both NPs. Only downside was wind exposure in the evenings, but the views of Arches, large RV sites with room to spread out and access to the on-site gas... Read more
