"Great dry camping right outside Yellowstone's North entrance "

Beautiful views from this scenic campground right outside Yellowstone. First come, first serve sites. Some sites have animal pens - horse camping? There were pit toilets that were clean. Easy access to downtown Gardiner.

"Easy stop traveling Hwy 80"

This campground was a very quiet (only 1 other RV in the whole place) and easy stop for us as we were traveling on Hwy 80. It's about 6 miles off the highway. Not much around here. The bathrooms were closed for winter so we can't comment on them.... Read more

"Nice campground, close-ish to town "

Nice level pull-through site with big picnic table and fire ring. Site are decently spaced apart from each other, though we were there in non-peak time and there weren't many others there at all. The showers and bathrooms were clean - note that... Read more

"Great people, great campground"

Well, we ended up staying here a lot longer than we'd planned due to a run in with a deer that put our tow vehicle in the shop for nearly 2 weeks. But, we couldn't have been stuck in a nicer place. We had an easy pull through full hook up site.... Read more

"Convenient one night stay"

We pulled in for a quick one night stop on our way from Boise to Bozeman. The campground staff was very friendly. Our pull through site with partial hook up was easy to access. We were sad that the pool and hot tub weren't open earlier as the kids... Read more

"Great location right along Green Belt"

If you're visiting Boise, this is a great place to stay. The campsites are quite small. So much so that the man who escorted us to our initial site had us moved to a different one because it was too tight to accommodate our 28' travel trailer. The... Read more

"Awesome hot springs right outside your door!"

We loved this place! But, let me say, you stay here for the water, not for scenic camping. Our campsite with water & electric was in a gravel parking lot, very close to other campers. There was a nice community room where they served coffee, tea... Read more

We spent 3 nights here and enjoyed ourselves visiting Subway cave, Lassen Volcanic National Park and Burney Falls. The campground staff was very friendly and willing to let us have packages shipped there. The facilities were okay though there was... Read more

"Nice if it's empty but they really pack 'em in here"

We arrived here during the week leading up to Labor Day weekend. We were one of only a few people in the campground and it was nice and quiet. But as the weekend neared, the park filled up and it was kinda crazy! Sites are level asphalt pads... Read more

"Location is this park's best quality"

Skyline Wilderness Park has a great location for visiting Napa. If staying in Napa Valley is your priority, then this park will do. There are trails for hiking, biking & horses too. The sites are dirt and we're quite dusty. The small amount of... Read more
