We were the only campers here for two days and enjoyed it!
There appeared to be no actual designated sites except in the very back of the park. We just pulled in next to a pavillion/picnic table and it was surprisingly level. There is a horse...
We chose this park for its proximity to Cedar Rapids -it was only 15 min or so to downtown!
The campground was fine but not memorable. Sites were a little close but level and very well maintained. There were a few "residents" that seemed to be...
This is a small facility right on the Angostura Reservoir. It's part of a much larger recreation area which includes dispersed camping (which has separate reviews on Campendium) several boat ramps, a horse camp and hunting lands.

Apparently there had been some sort of event that...

There are electric and water...
We loved this park for it's access to Bayfield and the views from our windows!
Just a few things to add to others' reviews:
Many of the sites are difficult if you need to find a level spot. But: if you're unhappy with your choice, just wait...
There are several potentially private corners in this HUGE county park, but we feel like we hit the jackpot. We arrived on a Sunday night when there were few campers; we each claimed a corner. Site 55 is obscured from most of the park and is on...
