The pool and grounds are immaculate, which must explain the crazy high prices, or just Moab standard now. I paid twice what I paid at the best resort near Zion. Lots are tiny, compact, in level, and next to busy road with lots of noise.
Make sure to check in at the registration office up the road near the KOA first, and before 6pm. The hookups have wear but can’t beat the location right on the beach. All were long pull through lots with plenty of space.
