"Tired and old crowded site"

Owners are very friendly as is the staff, but that doesn’t make the place good. We had planned to have friends to our RV site for dinner, we went to a restaurant - unless you stay closed up in you RV the place is noisy, very dusty all gravel and... Read more

"Quiet very pleasant campground "

Easy access campsites for RVs or trailers, plus tent camping. Most sites on the smaller 25’ to 30’ length but a couple sites could take longer. Most sites back or drive in, a few pull thru. Pit toilets very clean and fresh. Water from old... Read more

"Overnight spot - quiet"

Simple town campsites at the city park. Most sites have water or it’s easy to access around the park. 3 electric sites, but you need to call for access to the power 8-3 M-F. The site must be very busy when there is a rodeo. Nice walk around the... Read more

"Did not stay"

County park poorly cared for and only tent camping allowed. However rough local RV park with a nice laundry and showers on the opposite side of town. Horse Creek RV park. $20 with electric only. Some sites have full hook ups.

"Good one night stop with hook ups."

We needed to full charge batteries so picked this eclectic site. Elec was good. Old farm equipment collection, small to medium trees. No real shade. Very convenient to Wind Caves and local exploring. Moderate price. Just off Hwy but not too noisy.

"Wildflowers and trees"

Located about 2 miles off Hwy on well graded road. Maybe 12 sites just off 287. Tents to large rigs (turn arounds at camp flat areas and intersections.) Wild Bee Balm in full bloom also Sego Lillies and many more flowers.

"Excellent stop"

Pretty park along the river with walking trails and lots of shaded grassy park land. Good place to stop a night or stay a few rest days. Easy access from 93 or 84 but no road noise as the park is in river canyon.
