We only stayed one night but all clean and nice. Bathroom small but clean. Didn't use the laundry room but looked in good shape. The pull through was big enough for us. There were big and small rigs here. Near I 10 but back enough for quiet.

Good location to be able to sight see in both Little Rock and Hot Springs. They have long mostly flat pull through sites. Good bath rooms with great warm showers. Used the laundry also all worked well.

Others have talked about how close the sites are so I will just agree. But for 65.00 per night I would expect a better bathroom. It was closer to an outhouse. It was bug infested with mosquitoes and spiders. The location is good to be able to... Read more
