I got a bad site because they wouldn't let me drive through and pick a site without paying $7 first then pay for my site. They wouldn't let me move sites.

Has water to flush but need your own hose.

Stayed 2 nights arriving on a Wednesday. Very few people when we where there. About 1 camper/ 3 blocks on average. Lots of atv use right from your site. Bear canyon lake trail was short but nice. Clean area with few bugs. Beats paying $34 to stay... Read more

Very clean with lots of space between sites for privacy. Bathrooms/showers where also clean. Seen lots of lizards and rabbits. Camp host feeds hummingbirds and seen over a dozen at a time at his feeders. Close walk to boat launch.

Most sites are pullover along the dirt road. I got in on Friday around 5pm and was able to find a spot. Clean area with friendly people. I did about 40 miles to atv trails and got kinda lost so turned around to find my way back. Seen elk coming in... Read more

Boat launch at end of campground loop ONLY IF YOU HAVE 4X4 or a lot of weight in back. If not that's ok because there's a small public launch about 9 blocks from campground entrance. Remote area with only vaulted toilets. Clean with lots of space... Read more
