Can’t add much more from what others have said except don’t be afraid to come thinking you won’t find a site. We arrived at 1 pm on a Friday in mid-July and maybe 1/4 of the sites were taken. The campground did not fill up Friday night but did...
A fellow camper told us about the dump here and it was a great experience. It is in the back of the store next to the highway and you enter from the east (left) side of the building (there are signs directing you but you can't see if from the...
Rustic location very convenient to all the sites in the area. Beautiful grass/tree setting with lots of property to walk and enjoy the scenery. Far enough off the road to provide peace and quiet. Gary is super nice and helpful escorting to sites....
Got an “overflow” site the day before our arrival on a weekend so no hookups (other overflow sites have water and sewer) but we have solar so no problem. Good location to all the local sites and across the road from the river and wetlands. Gravel...
Our first choice for the night (Sacramento Pass) had no cell service (I work from the road) and we weren't sure about availability at Great Basin NP so we kept going and this is where we ended up after an exhausting 2 days of travel from Reno, NV...
No Verizon signal AT ALL, even at the sites up top (one was available on a Wednesday afternoon in mid-June as were a few others on the west side) and I work from the road so sadly we couldn’t stop here. Beautiful but was getting windy with higher...
$15 credit card payment opens dump lid.

Drove by here today and there is a chain across the entrance with multiple closed signs. Also no KOA or other campground sign.
Stayed at the Atlatl campground beginning of May and opted for W/E due to a few HOT days. First come first serve sites. We arrived on a Sunday about 10:30 and found a handful of sites available in “RV only” loop and a few others with just water....
