"Campground okay, springs lots of fun"

We camped with friends in June and had a great time. The campground checkin process was lengthy, with a long list of rules and an emphasis on the no alcohol limitation (not observed by everyone). The sites are large and spacious and each have an... Read more

"Great beach experience"

The park itself is fantastic. We loved having the jetties so close by for the kids and being able to just hop over there by bike (10 min ride) or by car was very convenient. Also, the campground loops are full of kids riding around on their... Read more

"Stayed to visit family, but nice campground"

The campground is brand new, so the landscape seemed a bit bare (no tall trees, no shade, etc.). Other than that, the pool, laundry room, and playground looked great (we didn't use any of them). The staff was very nice and even greeted us with a... Read more

"We love this place!"

This was our 2nd time in the campground and we love it here. Especially during the warmer months, having a lake & beach just for the campground was fantastic. We could walk/bike down to the lake and spend hours there. We launched our paddleboard... Read more

"Convenient for exploring Chattanooga"

The park is split in half more or less, with half of the park occupied by full time residents. We still had no problem finding a spot mid-June and the park staff was very nice. There is a Camping World down the road with anything you might need... Read more

"Great base for exploring Providence Canyon"

We stayed in November to explore providence canyon. We enjoyed biking around the campground and the sunset was spectacular! The campground itself was well maintained and we had a great time!

"Quiet, level parking lot"

I called and confirmed that they allow overnight parking. There are about 6-7 nice, large, pull through spots on the back of the parking lot. We had no problem manuvering or 36 ft travel trailer. Great overnight stop.

"Only a few spots, but quiet night"

We called ahead to confirm that they allow overnight parking. There were only 3 RV spots and we got the last one when we arrived around 8pm on a Wednesday. We had a quick dinner and were out of there in the morning, but it was pretty quiet at... Read more

"Big rig friendly, great for groups"

This was our second time at the park, first time in the rec field. We were a group of 3 big rigs and were able to setup together for the week. You can choose to hookup to electric and water for $25 a night or dry camp in the field for $15. The... Read more
