"Friendly staff! Very Welcoming! Pet Friendly"

Owner Is very friendly and accommodating. I did not use their bathhouse so I can’t comment regarding the bathrooms. Great stop on our way to the mountains and would recommend as a good place to lay over.

"Good "

Stayed in a new addition up on hill. They have added a 3rd pond. Wide concrete slabs some are not concrete. Full hookups. Fairly quiet. Saw 2 wild bobwhite sparring over calling territory. Various other birds, woodpeckers, etc. Hwy 49 noises.

"Great Views and Boondocking"

Big RIG FRIENDLY. The road is a bit bumpy, and paved just take it slow. There is a narrow one lane bridge coming in. Maximum 6000 GVWR. Last mile is gravel but OK just take it easy. Verizon full bars no issues with cell service.
