Filled out almost empty gas tank but it wasn’t quite 50 gallons. Still had to pay $15 to dump. There is water but they were not confident it was potable. We still filled because we needed it and will filter it again with our life straws.
A real nice state park with lots of interesting rock formations to climb on and explore and sites spaced pretty far from each other. No hint of reception though on any carrier.
Peaceful spot, mostly sunny meadow though spotted with trees. A nice walk down to the river. If you are tent camping, keep going down the road to the end where there are very nicely situated walk in sites along the river. Active and nice camp...
This would be a perfect campground if it wasn’t so close to the highway. The sites are nice and decently spaced away from each other. There are fun rocks to climb and good swimming spots. Not very crowded on a Monday and Tuesday in July.
"Beautiful rocks, no cell"
"Quiet, fine for RV’s, beautiful walk in tent sites"
"Pretty, nice sites, right on the river, but loud"
