"Oasis in the desert "

Beautiful and peaceful. Very spacious sites. Full hookups available; we had a water/electric site. This is the sort of campground that really makes travel special. The road is paved but rough. Nice restrooms include showers. Truth or... Read more

"Pretty nice "

Pick your site then call the number provided at the entrance (I couldn't reach the caretaker, so I called the county number and got a very friendly person - Debbie.) We are in a motorhome and don't have dogs to walk, so we have no comments about... Read more

"What a bargain! "

With our senior pass, it was $2.50 a night. Beautiful campsites as you would expect from a National Forest campground. Frost-free water spigots are around the campground and dumpsters for trash. I didn't use the toilet facilities but my husband... Read more

"Pleasant and relaxing"

Very large Campground catering to campers from the solo tenter to the behemoth RV. Lots of trees for shade and nice sized, grassy sites. I expect it is very busy during the Sturgis rally, but it was very peaceful and uncrowded during our stay. ... Read more

"The most beautiful campsite of our trip so far"

Our holding tanks were empty and our fresh water tank was full, so all we needed was electricity. The campsites with electric only are very spacious. A great place to relax, but also wonderful historic fort buildings and lots to see in the area.... Read more

"A place to park"

This is our second stay at Canyon View RV Park. Spanish Fork is a good place to replenish supplies and fill the gas tanks: Walmart, Costco and lots of other shopping. Forgot how noisy the road alongside the area is, so it won't be high on our... Read more

"Lovely"

A one-mile gravel road leads to the campground. Far enough away from I70 that you don't hear it. It is run by Utah State Parks, so no discount for federal pass. A decent number of first come first served sites. Some sites out in the open,... Read more

"Simple and relaxing"

Small RV park. Very quiet. Laundry available, one washing machine and one dryer. Cost is $1 to wash, $1 to dry. Clean new equipment. Tiny town but there is a gas station with a minimart and a general store. We shopped at the general store. ... Read more

"Very pretty"

Ok, it's important to know pets are allowed in only one loop. We have two house cats and I would like to know what the big deal is. The campsite next to us had young kids, one of whom apparently plans to be a musician. Toy drum and toy guitar... Read more

"Quiet and pretty"

Lovely city park. Off the main highway, next to the river. No pay station; park attendant stops by about dinnertime to collect. Only one other RV and a couple of tenters. There is a nice little children's playground. The sites are grassy and... Read more
