Not as windy as Sacred White Shell Mountain. A lot of locals coming and going. Quiet at night. I stayed at the second clearing that still have phone signal. The third clearing had no phone signal. Good for solar charging.

It was easy to find. There was road construction on the way there from Monte Vista, CO. I stayed at a clearing off the road. Very strong T-Mobile signal. But after 3 days, the phone service disappeared right after a thunderstorm. I left the next day.

I got there at about noon on 8/24/20. There are 7 sites. All taken. It was next to a nice river. But my phone did not get any signal. I went to Comstock Campground afterwards.
