Really friendly welcome and great spot by creek. Spacious grassy areas and well maintained. Stayed two nights and there was a wine tasting and pancake breakfast for those who wanted to attend. Nice place near Waynesville and Maggie Valley

Some of the best management we have encountered. Very helpful with any requests. Gorgeous setting with Yachts and RVs commingling. Spacious sites and level with a large tile patio. Food truck and nice pool
