FYI there are a total of three Free semi-circular road pullouts on the south side of US 40: FS roads 290, 292, 294 There is road noise in the day but it is much reduced at night. Fifteen minutes to Steamboat Springs. 40.3511, -106.7595

Road is blocked at Idleglen TH and at CO 455 leaving six individual sites plus large parking lot at Idleglen TH.
