Tables, fire rings, level concrete pads in a beautiful setting. The water and dump were closed. But the $24 fee wasn’t.
I went to an equally nice dispersed campsite down the road that was free.
Nicely laid out campsites. Clean, modern showers.
Situated among the aspens and close to Fish Lake. Groomed walking path along lake us only a few miles long.
Dump and water closed but full camping fees collected.
Camped in my RV van. Road in is typical BLM washboard but no huge ruts or rocks. Sites have tables and fire rings. There are bathrooms but I didn’t go in. No water. Trash dumpster.
There were about 35 rvs parked here. Everybody seemed respectful...quiet and clean.
Not sure how it will be when the pandemic is over, but for now it’s an in-town boondocking haven. Word is you can’t stay at Walmart.
