Off the primary tourist routes, this lovely little campground has all the normal NFS amenities. It is set in the woods along a stream. The creek is well hidden by brush. Vault toilets were clean and stocked with tp. We found it very quiet.

This campground is near the lake but without direct access. The sites ate spacious. About a quarter have electricity. The biffies are clean and there are showers. Many hiking and biking trails are close by. Sites are gravel. Many are fairly level.
These sites are closely spaced parallel parking spots. But the fee includes electricity, water and sewer. If there were toilets in the adjacent city park, they were not close by.
